Jon hails from Vermont. The land of cows, snow and Ben and Jerry's ice cream. A graduate of Saint Michael's College in Vermont (who's colors are also purple and gold), Jon graduated with a B.A. in journalism and mass communication.

Soon after graduation, Jon landed his first TV gig at WPTZ/WNNE-TV in Burlington, Vermont at a reporter/photographer. He then moved to Boston, MA and became a news correspondent and host for the cable music television station XY-TV.

It was then that Jon went on his first blind date, when he had to fill in as the date for a show he hosted. Unfortunately, it didn't work out! In December 2006, Jon joined Fox News Louisiana as a senior reporter. He likes the warm weather and living somewhere there is palm trees.

When he's not chasing a story, Jon likes to ski, snowboard, hike and travel to new places.
