Event Description
The Istrouma Area Council Boy Scouts of America is proud to hold a day at the camp to celebrate Scouting, nature and family at Avondale Scout Reservation (Camp Avondale) in Clinton, Louisiana. Guests will consist of teams of two, which may include a boy or girl and parent, grandparent, or any other adult family member. Guests are asked to bring only one child per adult. This event is open to Scouts as well as the entire community with all monies raised benefiting the Istrouma Area Council Boy Scouts of America.
Experience: Archery, Fishing, Canoeing, BB Gun Shooting, Climbing Tower, Indian Dancers, Cajun Living Demonstration, and a Hayride tour of the beautiful 1,600+ acres on Avondale Scout Reservation
