BREC’s BMX or Skate 101 courses begin. These courses will be held at BREC’s BMX Raceway on Monday’s, beginning October 8 at 6:30 p.m. These are six-week courses. BMX 101 is a beginner’s riding class designed to teach basic bike handling, bike positioning, approaching jumps, passing in a race, gate starts and more. Skate 101 will focus on basic balance, correct stance, general riding skills and park safety. These classes are open to all ages. Cost: $25/six-week course.
