
BATON ROUGE, La (FOX44) — A 13 year-old is facing Attempted Second Degree Murder charges, after deputies say he fired gunshots in a grocery store parking lot in Baton Rouge.
Deputies say it happened Sunday, Aug. 21 at the Albertsons on Bluebonnet.
The teen made arrangements to buy marijuana from a friend, but according to deputies - once the boy got the drugs from the victim, he started firing at the car as he drove away.
The 13 year-old was arrested a short time later.
