ORLANDO, Fl (FOX44) - The status of Casey Anthony's probation is still uncertain after a hearing in Orlando on August 5th.
Judge Belvin Perry Jr. made no ruling on whether Anthony has to return to Florida to serve probation for check fraud.
She pleaded guilty to the charges last year and was sentenced to probation by another judge.
However, judge Stan Strickland never made a written order requiring her to serve the probation after she was released from jail.
Judge Belvin said he needs more time to make a decision.
Judge Perry did not indicate when he would issue a ruling.
Anthony was released from jail after a jury found her not guilty of first degree murder in the death of her two year old daughter.
