BATON ROUGE, La (FOX44) – What started as an argument at an apartment off of S. Harrell's Ferry Rd. has led East Baton Rouge Violent Crime Unit officers to make an arrest.
Robert Tucker, 41, went to the victim’s apartment, where the victim refused to let Tucker in. They argued for a bit in between the locked apartment door. Tucker responded by shooting the door once with his .22 caliber pistol.
Tucker forced his way into the apartment, threatened to kill the victim and pistol whipped him.
Officers found Tucker and put him under arrest. He is charged with Attempted First Degree Murder.
