AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – Australia, five hundred pounds of meth has been seized by authorities. The meth was worth about fifty four million dollars. Agents believe the drugs were coming in from Europe. Four men have been busted and they all could be locked up for life.

Pakistan – People in Abitobawd are still in disbelief that Osama Bin Laden was hiding amongst them. Their biggest fear now is that is compound will be torn down and replaced with a shrine. Officials say they have no plans to destroy the building but say the compound where Bin Laden was shot dead is already become a hot tourist attraction.

Poland – Violent protests erupting on the streets. Some 1,000 miners clashed with security guards in Lublin. Some threw beer cans and broke glass doors. The mob is demanding they get paid more.

Belarus – A Mercedes Benz takes a nose dive off a parking garage and after plunging five stories, the driver is still alive. It’s believed the woman accidentally pushed the accelerator instead of the break, bolting over a small barrier, and going airborne. She suffered a broken jaw and head trauma but is expected to survive.

Japan – Kids raising money for tsunami victims by pulling an 85-ton plane. Two hundred kids and their parents moved the plane six and a half feet. No word yet on how much money they got.
