The BP oil spill blame game continues

Wednesday, June 22, 2011 - 2:37pm

Transocean, the owner of the deepwater horizon oil rig just released a report saying it was BP's fault.
The report says BP used a flawed well design which led to the failure of cement around the well casing.
Transocean also says its evidence indicates BP failed to properly assess, manage and communicate risks.
Meanwhile, BP's internal report blames failures by multiple companies.
The rig explosion last year killed eleven workers, resulting in the worst oil spill in U.S history.
