AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – Canada, things were out of control in Vancouver following the Canucks' loss in game seven last night. Parked cars were set on fire, others were tipped over, and people threw beer bottles at giant television screens. Police tried to restore order but it was hard to with flames and firecrackers shooting through the air.

Libya – Rebels are still trying to oust longtime dictator Moammar Khaddafy but they took a break today to eat pizza. The owner of a restaurant in Misrata fed the fighters free pizza pies Hopig to boost their morale.

Spain – Two condoms from the 19th century found tucked inside a book. The find was made at a museum. Experts say they date back to 1814 and are made of animal skin.

Also in Spain, Every single one of the buildings in this little city has been painted blue. The whole shebang is to promote the world premiere of Sony’s "Smurfs 3D" movie. Painters used over eleven-hundred gallons of blue paint to create a real Smurf village of 250-real people. “Smurf's 3D” comes out next month.

China – Someone found a rare alligator in a dumpster. Officials don't know how it ended up there but think it could be the result of illegal activities. This alligator is a protected species.
