Candlelight vigil being held for missing teacher
BRUSLY, La (FOX44) - A candlelight vigil was held today for missing Brusly High School teacher Sylviane Lozada.
The fifty-one year old from Belgium was reported missing all the way back on July 11. Friends of Lozada wore all white with yellow ribbons in honor of her. They are hopeful that Lozada will be found safe and sound.
Authorities don't have any suspects yet in her disappearance. Lozada's husband and daughter did fly to Venezuela just two days before she was reported missing anyone with information on Lozada is asked to call the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office at 225-389-5000.
