BATON ROUGE, La (FOX44) - The Baton Rouge Capitals are just four games into their fifth season in the Red Stick. The goal this year is quite simple according to General Manager Ben Callon and that's to make the playoffs. The developmental soccer club is reloading after losing several of last years players to the MLS.
