Just after 4:00 this morning-residents at the Kelly Terrace apartments called 911 to call in a strange smell.
BRFD says a tank was spewing hydrogren peroxide several feet in the air. The tank is part of a DPW wastewater treatment facility. .
8 units at the Kelly Terrace at the complex had to be evacuated- they are staying with neighbors until the site is cleaned up.
