Claims process for the BP oil spill being questioned
Oil may be less visible on the coast, but plenty of questions still swirl around the claims process for the BP oil spill.
The oversight committee for Gulf Coast claims facility met at the Capitol today.
They were there to discuss continued problems with getting compensation for people affected by the spill.
The biggest problem for individuals is documentation.
The State is also in a battle for money to fix the damage.
That Federal case is currently underway in New Orleans and is being argued by the Attorney General's Office.
