BATON ROUGE, La (FOX44) — A couple accused of Second Degree Murder in the death of their eight year-old son skip out on court.

A state judge issued a bench warrant for Tonya and Errol Victor.

Investigators say their son was pronounced dead after they brought him to the hospital back in 2008.
