NATIONAL (FOX44) - With one week to go before the August 2nd deadline for U.S. default, the partisan bickering continues on Capitol Hill, and Americans are angry.
The House is now preparing the steps to vote on House Speaker John Boehner's proposal to raise the debt ceiling.
This comes as Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid prepares his own rival plan.
Both raise the government's borrowing ability by around two and a half trillion, while cutting spending by about three trillion over ten years, without increases in taxes.
