BATON ROUGE, La (FOX44) - A shooting that occurred in the 3000 block of Dougherty Drive on March 12 is being investigated by the Baton Roue Police Department.

Detectives have learned that a 26 year-old male and a 29 year-old male were arguing when the younger male shot the 29 year-old in the chest.

The victim is in stable condition at Baton Rouge General Hospital Mid-City.

Investigators have made no arrests.
