BATON ROUGE, LA (FOX44) - A pedestrian was nearly killed after being struck by fallen light pole around 2:21 in the morning on Thursday, Aug. 25. That pole was knocked down due to a single car accident caused by an impaired driver.
The Baton Rouge Police Department Investigators say that a 1999 Lincoln Town car was driving near the intersection of North Acadian East at Gus Young.
