EA will have a new facility to test games in Baton Rouge
BATON ROUGE, La (FOX44) - Louisiana is gaining ground in the digital media industry.
A new "Electronics Art" building will go up here in Baton Rouge.
Those are the big guys in the video game world.
When all said and done, the 94 thousand square foot facility is expected to help Louisiana rake in millions, and also put about 200 people to work.
The head of EA says the new place is a perfect fit.
Governor Jindal says he's hoping to grab the attention of the digital media industry, by offering tax incentives and other perks.
