Saturday, September 3, 2011 - 5:11pm

BATON ROUGE, LA (FOX44)  -- Tropical Storm Lee pushed nearly six inches of rain in Baton Rouge within a 24 hour period. All that moisture has made the the ground very soft. That's one of the reasons downed trees are being reported all across the area.

A huge tree went down just after 1:30 on the 200 block of East Johnson, close to LSU. It feel right on top of two cars. They are both total losses.
