Some of the first troops have returned from overseas since the death of Osama Bin Laden.
About 80 soldiers returned to Fort Hood, Texas today.
They had been serving in Afghanistan as part of the draw-down of U.S. forces from the region.
The soldiers had been deployed for 12 months, and the reunions were heart-felt.
One soldier said the death of Bin Laden is a step forward, but the conditions there are still dangerous.
