Former heavyweight boxing champ passes away

Joe Frazier, a former world heavyweight boxing champion, has died.

Frazier was best known for his three fights against Muhammad Ali.

Known as "Smokin' Joe", Frazier was the first fighter to defeat Ali. He also won a gold medal in the 1964 Olympics.

Frazier was diagnosed with liver cancer just over a month ago. He was 67 years old.
