AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – France, flames ripped through an apartment building. Four people jumping to their deaths, 50 more were hurt. The blaze broke out in a stairwell while people were sleeping. No one knows what sparked it yet and it took firefighters a few hours to contain it.

Libya – State TV broadcasted footage of what appears to be dictator Kaddafy riding around Tripoli in an open-top vehicle. According to reports, he went on the outing while Nato bombed the Libyan capital. No word yet if that's really him.

India –A member of the country's national volleyball team is without a leg tonight after a train ran it over. Officials say she was hurled off a moving train by a robber. Her limb landed on another track and an oncoming locomotive didn't have enough time to stop.

United Kingdom – The gorilla who became an internet sensation when he walked like a person celebrated his 21st birthday today. Unfortunately Ambam was too into his birthday gift of mixed seeds to celebrate while standing tall.

United States – Nothing says “Will you marry me?” like 10-foot letters on an acre of grass. That’s what you can see from the air over a part of Central Florida. The woman thought her boyfriend took her up in the plane for a company party. That company party turned into an engagement celebration, because she said yes.
