NATIONAL (FOX44) - The government says birth control should be free.
The Obama administration says health insurance plans must cover birth control for women with no co-pays.

The requirement affects most insurance plans, and in most cases, won't take effect for at least another year.

Insurers are expected to pass the cost on to their customers through slightly higher premiums.
