LOUISIANA (FOX44) - The heat will continue to soar and that can be dangerous.
Dehydration is the biggest threat while the sun beats down, you could be getting sick and not even know it.
When you're out in the sun, make sure to drink plenty of fluids.
The signs of heat exhaustion are similar to flu like symptoms, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, muscle cramps, and even fainting.
If you feel any of those symptoms, get out of the sun. Drink lots of water, and stay resting until the symptoms pass.
