HOLLYWOOD, CA (FOX44) – The hype machine is in full swing for the March 23rd opening of "The Hunger Games". For the cast, it's been difficult to avoid the media and fan frenzy surrounding the film.
Lawrence says: "It's kind of hard to get away from; I’m annoying my own self, so yeah I can feel it."
Hemsworth says: "I feel like since we signed on it's grown more and more and more, when the first photos came out with us on the set there was so much hype around that and then it gets bigger and bigger every day."
Co-stars Lenny Kravitz and Elizabeth Banks, joked about remembering the film's title.
Kravitz says: "Hungry people, why are we here ...”
Banks says: "No the hooter purper? I'm not sure." Banks also says: "Nobody is going to see it anyways so who cares."
And just like "Twilight" stars Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's world changed forever, expect the same for these young actors.
Lawrence says: "I think I’m prepared as much as I can be prepared. Prepared as much as I can be I don't really know what to expect all the way I don't know if there's any way you really can prepare for it."
Banks says: "Jennifer’s life is going to change, the boys lives, they're going to have screaming girls following them.”
Hutcherson says: "A posse, I roll 12-deep everywhere I go, I wish that, how cool would that be.”
Hemsworth says: "Just standing in the background, are they going to be there for the whole time?”
Hutcherson says: "Yeah it's in my contract."
