AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – India, the business capital was rocked by three almost simultaneous blasts just before 7-p.m. local time, when the streets were crowded with commuters and shoppers. The explosions were in two commercial districts and a residential neighborhood. No one has claimed responsibility yet.

Brazil – Sixteen people were killed after a small plane falls out of the sky. We're told the pilot reported mechanical problems a few minutes after takeoff, then it crashed as he tried to make an emergency landing on a beach. The plane missed a neighborhood by about a hundred yards.

China – An escaped prisoner was identified by police after going on a local TV dating show. The guy had been on the loose for 13-years after being convicted of murdering someone. His awesome singing and dancing attracted a lot of attention and caught the eye of someone who recognized him as a killer.

Also in China, 11-year-olds are not allowed to drive but one kid admitted to police he'd get behind the wheel of a big rig whenever the adult driver got tired. The pair admitted they've been hitting the road together for a year now.

Spain – A surgeon says, his team has given a patient a new set of legs. They say they connected legs and bones to the person's legs which were cut off at mid thigh and then implanted nerves and muscles. They'll know within the next 48-hours if the transplant was a success.
