Janet Jackson puts her tour on hold
HOLLYWOOD HOOKUP (FOX44) – Janet Jackson is rushing home to be with her family during this part of the trial. Janet Jackson is putting her “Number Ones Tour” on hold for now. Jackson claims she needs to be with her family who spend most of their days in that Los Angeles courtroom. The shows for her tour were cancelled this week and she'll be back on the stage November 3. The entertainer has thanked her fans for their support and understanding.
– While Lindsay Lohan spends her time cleaning out the LA Morgue, TMZ reports she's also kicking her business manager to the curb. Sources say Lindsay Lohan felt business manager Lou Taylor didn't have time to manage her, so they're parting ways.
– Late night talk show host, Jay Leno, rode with California’s best for the twenty-eighth annual "Love Ride". Many call it the Nation's best-known charity motorcycle event. “It's a charity event so it's a good cause. I go riding on Sunday’s anyways so if I can raise some money for a good cause why not?” Leno said. Proceeds from the ride benefit Autism Speaks.
– And “Saturday Night Live” alum was given the Nation's top honor for humor. Will Ferrell received the Mark Twain prize for American humor at the Kennedy Center for the performing arts in Washington, DC, last night. Fellow funny men Jack Black and Conan O'Brien were on hand to present the award to him.
