HOLLYWOOD HOOKUP (FOX44) – The family of Amy Winehouse wants to set up a drug rehab center for young people in her name. "This isn't about Amy, because Amy, we were in the fortunate position with Amy to go into private rehab. This is about people who can't afford it." Amy Winehouse struggled for years with drug and alcohol addiction. She was found dead at her home in London on July 23rd.
– A California judge has granted actress Halle Berry a 3-year civil restraining order against a man charged with stalking her. The guy showed up on her property three times in July. Now he must stay 100-yards away from Berry and her three-year-old daughter.
– The house Katharine Hepburn died in is up for sale. The storied property sits on Connecticut’s Long Island sound. The current owners have divided the property into three lots, so you can buy the entire estate for 28-million dollars, or the lot with the house for 18-millon.
– Rapper Snoop Dogg spent the weekend in Chicago to kick off his new youth football league. The rapper says he wants to give kids, especially those in high-crime neighborhoods, goals to fight for. “Whether he's a football player or doctor, lawyer, whatever he is, we just want to inspire him -- we want to put him next to his success." Snoop's youth league in LA has sent at least 15-players to division one schools.
