Third time in six years the Tigers won't compete for National Title

The LSU Baseball team's season is over. A once promising year came to an abrupt end Monday morning. The Tigers watched the NCAA baseball selection show with anticipation of making the field of 64. But for the third time in six years the Tigers will have to watch the postseason from home. LSU (36-20) has won six national championships since 1991.
