BATON ROUGE, La (FOX44) — LSU and Southern University both dropped in the rankings in the U.S. News and World Report list of "Best Colleges." The magazine dropped the Tigers four places to 128. Southern fell out of the top tier of "Black Colleges". Students at both schools, though, still believe the education they are getting is a good one. Harvard and Princeton tied for first place in the annual ranking. Yale University finished third.
