Mary J. Blige's Burger King ad pulled

Thursday, April 5, 2012 - 7:45pm

HOLLYWOOD HOOKUP (FOX44) – Mary J. Blige sang all about what's in Burger King’s news snack wrap and the jingle isn't sitting well with some members of the black community tonight. The fast food chain pulled the commercial after some complained the ad is too stereotypical. Burger King promises a new ad will be on the air soon.

– New York City doesn't need Spiderman when it has Ryan Gosling. The Times is reporting the actor saved a journalist from being hit by a taxi. Just last year the actor was caught on cam coming to rescue a street artist who was ripped off.

– Maintaining his bad boy image, Motley Crue's front man Vince Neil has been blacklisted by The Palms hotel in Las Vegas for allegedly threatening hotel staff.

– And Madonna is back on top. Her 12th studio album “MDNA” will debut as number one on the billboard 200-charts. This is her fifth straight album to do that.
