A missing person's case almost thirty years old may be solved

ABBEVILLE, La (FOX44) - A missing person case appears to be one step closer to being solved in Louisiana.
Police say bones found in the chimney of a bank in Abbeville have been identified as those belonging to Joseph Schexnider."
Schexnider, an Abbeville native who served in the National Guard, disappeared almost thirty years ago.
In 1984, he didn't show up for a court hearing.
His family said they never saw or heard from him again, and told police they didn't report him missing.
