BATON ROUGE (WGMB) - The Baton Rouge Fire Department says an overnight fire was arson and people who live in the area say it's to get back at a murder suspect.
The fire broke out at a duplex on Goodwood and South Flannery Wednesday night around 10:00.
Thomas Fayard lived in that duplex.
He's the man police say shot and killed 31 year old Douglas Arrington Tuesday night.
Neighbors we spoke with say the fire was set to get revenge on killing someone well respected in that community.
