NEW YORK, NY (FOX44) – Make room for a bunch of Hollywood funny guys at the movies, first Jonah Hill partners with Channing Tatum to re-live their high school days and re-vive that 80's hit TV show with “21 Jump Street”. Starring as undercover cops sent back to the classroom to investigate a drug ring.
Hill says: "It was just about making a movie about going back to high school and being able to relive that part of your life and what would you do if you could do it over again? And thinking you have all the answers and really they're all wrong."
Then Jonah’s on-and-off screen buddy Jason Segel competes in a small indie flick "Jeff Who Lives at Home". Also co-starring Ed Helms, the tale follows "Jeff" as he searches for his destiny and finally ventures out of his mother’s basement for the day that could change his life, and his living arrangements.
And make room for one of the biggest jokesters of them all, Will Ferrell brushes up on his Spanish, his shotgun skills, and maybe his over acting too in “Casa de Mi Padre ". Hoping to deliver laughs in many languages, new comedies are riding in fast to a theater near you.
