The remake of the 1984 film “Footloose” is finally here. Ren McCormack (Kenny Wormald) moves from Boston to a small town and finds out that dancing and rock 'n' roll have been banned. Ren will shake up the town and help them remember what life is all about. This film also stars Julianne Hough and Dennis Quaid. Rated PG-13

“The Thing”

This film is a remake of the 1982 film of the same name. After a new species is found in Antarctica, Kate Lloyd (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) goes there to see what they found. She finds out that what they found is not good and that it has to be stopped. This film also stars Joel Edgerton, Ulrich Thomsen, and Eric Christian Olsen. Rated R
