North Flannery Road bridge will possibly reopen in September
BATON ROUGE, La (FOX44) - The Department of Public Works says they're hoping to reopen the North Flannery Road bridge by the end of September.
The DOTD ordered the parish to close that bridge August 2nd, because the agency citing critical deficiencies.
Acting Public Works Director William Daniels tells FOX44 news their still looking things over, but he says early signs show the bridge won't need to be replaced.
Daniels also tells FOX44 news when the bridge reopens, there will be a weight limit.
