BATON ROUGE (FOX44) - East Baton Rouge Sheriff's deputies are on the lookout for thieves who vandalized several cars near the Old Jefferson subdivision.

Deputies say the incidents happened early Sunday morning.

They say the windows were brokenby a rock, or a blunt object.
Neighbors tell NBC 33 news these things happen way too often.

"I've been noticing crimes have been getting bad around baton rouge, you know, you'd never think it'd hit this close to home, and when it does you just start preparing and thinking what you're gonna do if your house does indeed get robbed."
