BATON ROUGE (FOX44) - Redstick residents are happy the river's crest is now projected to be lower than expected.
Since the Morganza Spillway was opened this weekend, residents have been preparing for a flood of historic proportion.
In the Capital City, the river levels are at a point where many here can live with.
