Rodrigue art exhibit makes its way to Baton Rouge
BATON ROUGE, La (FOX44) - — Big names at a big party for Mr. Blue Dog himself, George Rodrigue.
Former Governors Edwin Edwards and Kathleen Blanco were just a few of the celebrities there to take a first look at Rodrigue's newest exhibit at the LSU Museum of Art.
The show features 50 of his pieces. The New Iberia native titled the show "Blue Dogs and Cajuns on the River".
The exhibit opens to the public tomorrow. It runs until September 18 before it makes its way to Shreveport.
