Suspects Arrested In Car Wash Theft

On the afternoon of May 9, 2011, LPSO Detectives arrested two male adults and a 15 year old male juvenile who were collectively responsible for no less than seven thefts committed at Denny's Auto Spa in Livingston, La.

Video surveillance captured images of the suspects and their vehicles while they stole money from the cash receptacles on March 13, May 6, and May 7, 2011.

Donald Jason Methvien, a 19 year old white male was charged as follows:
>7 Counts of Misdemeanor Theft
>1 Count of Felony Theft
>1 Count of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile
>1 Count of Simple Criminal Damage to Property
Methvien was seen taking money three separate times on May 6, four separate times on May 7, and one time on March 13, 2011. He is currently being held in the Livingston Parish Detention Center in lieu of a $19,000.00 bond.

Christopher Stoetzner, a 25 year old white male was charged as follows:
>1 Count of Felony Theft
>1 Count of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile
He is currently being held in the Livingston Parish Detention Center in lieu of a $10,500 bond with a hold for violation of probation and parole.

The 15 year old is facing similar charges.

This is an ongoing investigation.
