Two Navy Seals from Shreveport killed in Afghanistan
AFGHANISTAN (FOX44) - A tragic weekend for two Navy Seals from Shreveport, Louisiana.
Chief Petty Officer Robert Reeves, and Commander Jonas Kelsall both thirty two, were killed Saturday when Taliban insurgents shot down an Army chopper in Afghanistan.
Both men were graduates of Caddo Magnet High School.
They grew up together, went to school together, played soccer, and both became seals.
They're among the twenty-two members of 'Seal Team Six' killed in that attack.
In all, thirty U.S. troops lost their lives in the crash.
It's being called the single deadliest incident in the decade long afghan war.
