AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – United States, "USA, USA", one huge celebration outside the white house. "I couldn't be more proud. It’s been a long ten years. I think everyone out here is as emotional as I am. I can’t believe it." People could be seen running from all directions to join the spontaneous celebration there as word of Bin Laden's death spread.

New York City – Cheers and chanting at ground zero, the site of the 9/11 attacks. Almost three thousand people were killed there. Hundreds gathered where the world trade center once stood. Finally our country can be at rest and at peace with the situation that has happened since September 11. At one point, there was an impromptu moment of silence.

Virginia – Silence all day at the 9/11 memorial. People sat and remembered victims but with a new sense of satisfaction. "It’s just a good day to be a United States Marine and an American citizen."

Israel – Leaders across the world are applauding the United States victory. "This man was a mega murderer. The world will become a better world without him.

The Vatican – Even the Vatican released a written statement that Bin Laden will have to answer to God for having killed all those people and exploiting religion to spread hate.
