ZACHARY, La (FOX44) - A suspected murderer turned himself into the Zachary Police Department, even though the crime was committed elsewhere.
Officers say Antwoene Irving, 32, confessed to killing Kiewanna Sopsher.
FOX44 caught up with Zachary Police Chief David Courtney, who received a call to send officers out to the crossroads of Highway 64 and Highway 67.
Sopsher was kidnapped from Tangipahoa Parish, and her body was found in the back of Irving's vehicle in East Feliciana Parish.
Now, detectives are working to figure out where Sopsher was killed and how she died.
Zachary detectives are working with both Tangipahoa and East Feliciana parish officers.
