FOXFAN 600 ChallengeEvent Time: Saturday, May 24th from 9am - 11am Location: Bass Pro Shops in Denham Springs, LA (off I-12 and Range Avenue) Guidelines1. 10 people will be selected from the online registrations on Friday, May 16th, and (2) "second chance" registrants will be selected on Monday, May 19th! Contestants will be notified of their scheduled race time and recieve a printable VIP Pass for the event. Please bring this VIP Pass with you on Race Day.
TWO AND A HALF MEN HDTV GIVEAWAYNo purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. The FOX44 HDTV GIVEAWAY is open to all legal U.S. residents 18 years and older. Employees of Dominoes Pizza, Fox Broadcasting Company, News America, Inc., Fox Interactive Media, Imagine Television, SBC, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, and the officers, directors, employees, licensees and assignees or families of each, WGMB FOX44, and Communication Corporation of America, White Knight Broadcasting, and other subsidiaries and their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and/or persons residing with such parties) may not participate and are not eligible to win. How to win:The contest begins Monday, April 28, 2008 and ends at Friday, May 23, 2008. Promotional announcements will instruct viewers to watch WGMB FOX44 weeknights between 6pm and 7pm during the contest dates. The cue to call the contest line will appear once a day between 6pm and 7pm. The 6th caller qualifies for the HDTV (which will be given away weekly) and wins pizza from Dominoes Pizza. If the 6th caller is not eligible, then FOX44 will move on to the next caller until an eligible caller is found. Winners must also have a valid picture ID with Social Security Number or a valid SSN card in order to participate in the contest and redeem their prizes, or FOX44 will move on to the next winner. These rules may be changed at the discretion of FOX 44.Prize Redemption/Claim/Releases:One winner per household within a 30-day period. Winners can pick up their prize from the FOX44 office at 10000 Perkins Road in Baton Rouge, LA. FOX44’s office is open Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. Winners must present their valid picture ID at registration in order to redeem their prizes. Winners must also sign a form of verification. By signing agreement form, the winner agrees that FOX44 has the right to publicize his/her name, likeness, and voice to promote the contest. By accepting the prize, all winners agree to release Dominoes Pizza, Fox Broadcasting Company, News America, Inc., Fox Interactive Media, Imagine Television, SBC, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, and the officers, directors, employees, licensees and assignees or families of each, WGMB FOX44, and Communication Corporation of America, White Knight Broadcasting, its licensees, franchisees, employees, advertising, promotional, parent companies or judging agencies from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize, or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in any prize-related activity.Winners are also responsible for paying any and all taxes associated with prizes over $600 in value. Winner must consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture or their likeness without compensation for promotional purposes as determined by WGMB except where prohibited by law. Wives, husbands, children, relatives, friends, etc. will not be allowed to show verification for the winner unless there are special circumstances. The management of FOX44 will determine special circumstances. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. The prizes and grand prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizes. Liability:Dominoes Pizza, Fox Broadcasting Company, News America, Inc., Fox Interactive Media, Imagine Television, SBC, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, and the officers, directors, employees, licensees and assignees or families of each, WGMB FOX44, and Communication Corporation of America, White Knight Broadcasting are not responsible for problems associated with television transmission, cable transmission and phone lines, and internet connection for the contest that are beyond the control of WGMB FOX44. This includes, but is not limited to a busy signal on the contest phone line, the operator interference, cellular interference, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of the phone call, or for any internet-related technical difficulties which may prohibit the execution of the contest. FOX44 reserves the right to disqualify any person who does not comply with any of the official rules stated herein.
