BELLE ROSE, LA. (FOX44) — An Assumption Parish casino is now back up and running.
It's called the Golden Gator. It closed after lightning sparked a fire at the place back in September.
Nobody was hurt in the blaze, but it did leave behind $1 million in damage. Store management says they were determined to reopen, no matter the price.
They've been back open for several days.
