People hoping to be on the show must be planning to open between now and summer 2012, must have little-to-no prior culinary school experience, and must have some risk in opening this business.

Anyone interested should send an email to with a description of their story and business plan. Emails should be in by the end of November.

Include: type of food, location, who their team is, how many people will be hired, budget, why you are doing this, what inspires you, what you did prior, previous culinary experience, and opening date.
