BATON ROUGE, La (FOX44) — For the first time ever, two major retailers will open their doors extra early to Black Friday shoppers.

Both Macy's and Target will let shoppers begin their seasonal shopping starting at midnight on Friday, November 25.

Target and Macy's will remain open all day and close at 11 p.m. that night.

The new hours are a move retailers hope will lure more customers to come out and spend money while still offering great deals.
