Superfest weekend sees 75,000 country music fans in Capital City
BATON ROUGE, LA — Approximately 75,000 Festival-goers from across the country—and from as far away as Canada, Mexico, France, and Norway—trekked to Louisiana State University’s famed football venue, the legendary Tiger Stadium, to be part of the third annual Bayou Country Superfest.
Starring Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, Sara Evans, Little Big Town, Jerrod Niemann, and Joe Nichols, Bayou Country Superfest included additional performances by local and regional artists at the Festival’s free Fan Fest, as well as a sprawling Tailgate Party outside Tiger Stadium that had the energy and excitement of college football Saturdays.
