BATON ROUGE, LA (FOX44) -- Football fans across Louisiana are getting geared up for a weekend of tailgating. We caught up with Saints fan and celebrity chef John Besh to find out how he's spicing things up this season.
“My go-to is my dirty jambalaya. The dirty jambalaya means I've created it from Zatarain's dirty rice mix using all sorts of things. Really kind of setting up a jambalaya bar with shrimp and chicken and andouille sausage where people can kind of come up and make their own thing,” says Besh.
Besh is partnering with Zatarain's foods, backing boxed versions of some of his favorite football dishes, like red beans and rice, chilli and Besh's favorite - a jambalaya bar.
The Slidell native says he's teaming up with Zatarain’s to get people back in the kitchen.
