The plantation will be offering a Thanksgiving Day buffet between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Menu items include Bisque of Curried Pumpkin with Crawfish and Corn, Andouille Gumbo, Candied Sweet Potato Medallions, Roasted Breast of Duck with Praline Sauce and Tasso Cornbread Dressing. The French restaurant is offering a Turkey sampler with 2 side items available for purchase via takeout. Also offered are dine-in special menu items including the Turkey Cranberry Melt and the Turkey Risotto. Locations in the Baton Rouge area close at 2:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

Juban’s: 3739 Perkins Road, Baton Rouge, (225) 346-8422

The restaurant will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, providing special items alongside its signature dishes. The restaurant is offering seatings at both 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. A special Thanksgiving menu featuring Turkey and Dressing is available along with a few items from the regular menu. Reservations required.

The restaurant located at the Renaissance Hotel will be offering Thanksgiving Holiday items from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Desert includes a Pumpkin cheesecake.

The hotel is providing a Thanksgiving buffet complete with a carving station featuring meats such as Roasted and Deep Fried Turkey, Suckling Pig and Prime Rib.
